Meet Your Coach

Throughout my career, I have remained committed to one core mission: fostering growth. My background in education provided the framework for how people learn and adapt, while my transition into full time coaching & rehabilitation has allowed me to apply those insights in a dynamic, results-oriented capacity. Today, I leverage this dual expertise to help my clients bridge the gap between their current capabilities and their ultimate goals.

With a 2:1 degree in Sport and Exercise Science and over a decade of dedicated experience across the education and sporting sectors, I have developed a coaching career defined by versatility and clinical insight. My professional journey has seen me collaborate with elite international athletes and novices alike, bridging the gap between high-performance theory and practical, long-term physical development.

Two years ago, I was told I might never walk properly again. After a grueling recovery and three ultramarathons later, I realised that longevity is the ultimate performance metric.

Working with some of the best professionals in the industry, I went from being told I might have trouble walking to completing those 3 ultras. This was a huge journey for me to go on and I could not have done it without some excellent people around me. This, for me, is one of the most important parts of my role as a coach and massage therapist. To not only help you progress and move forwards in the discipline of your choice, but to help you do it for the rest of your life. Because physical and mental wellness are at the heart of everything you want to achieve in life.

Whether you are tackling your first Marathon, a multi-stage Ultra, or an Ironman, I provide the roadmap to get you there. My approach combines evidence-based coaching, integrated massage therapy, and precision nutrition to ensure you aren't just 'fit'—you are lean, powerful, and built to last.

I’ve had a front-row seat to elite sport and I’ve felt the urge to give up. I know that while your goals are your own, the journey should never be solo. Let’s start yours.
